I use the Nikon D90. I had problems with every SDHC card used. They just could not keep up. Until now. I have had no problems with these class 6 cards at all. I just shoot pictures with no write issues. My D90 has not locked up at all. For me, Class 6 cards are great.

i just returned my 16gb PNY sdhc card. for some reason, maybe a bad copy, it only worked about 50% of the time. about every other time the camera couldn't find it, saying "no card in reader". i'd have to take it out and re-insert it a few times. once, it stopped working right in the middle of a big upload.
all of my other cards work fine, and still do, including transcend and sandisk 16gb cards. at the time, the PNY was quite a bit cheaper, but now it's not worth it. will be ordering another transcend.
read reviews on the web in you're thinking about this card - on the camera forums, it looks really hit and miss.

Works great with my Canon HF100 video cam. Fast and no problems. Being a class 6, it's about as fast as you're gonna get. I bought two of them and filled them both up. I own a number of other cards that are class 6 and I can't really tell a difference between them as far as speed or pic quality. Nothing more to say, except for it seems to be a better deal buying two 8gb than one 16gb for now.
