I love how durable this is, and the cap-less design. These were both very important to my decision.

My only complaint is the U3 software, which many others have complained about as well. As of this review, the latest version of Firefox available for it is no longer supported(2.0.0.4). Too many of the programs are old versions.

I recommend this drive, but using the uninstall U3 program right away and instead installing from PortableApps.com. PortableApps keeps the programs up to date and doesn't use an extra partition. U3's extra partition is only for the benefit of pre-Windows XP SP2 systems and computers with autoplay turned off. Most people don't need that extra partition. Also, PortableApps.com has a better selection of useful open source software, including Audacity.

I have had my 2GB SanDisk Cruzer Titanium for over 3 years and I have never had a problem with it. I am a senior in high school, and this flash drive has lived a very rough lift. Its been dropped, stepped on, left in the car in the middle of summer, and its even been pulled out of the computer while files were being written onto it. Through all this, I have never had a single problem with any of the features, U3 included. I would recommend this over the Cruzer Micro simply due to the construction and the read/write speed. On my Titanium, the "SanDisk" and "2.0GB" labels are clearly readable; my friend has had his Micro for less than a month and already the words, logo, and capacity labels have all been rubbed off, merely from everyday use.

In short, I highly recommend this flash drive. With proper use (or even not so proper), you should never have a problem.

I bought this phone and have had numerous problems with it. It seems that whenever you go to use the speakerphone on the phone, it promptly loses power and won't turn on. This has forced me to unplug the battery and then charge it on the base to regain function. After testing the battery out, I discovered it was a hardware glitch. I then sent the phone back, only to expierence the same problems with the phone. Honestly, the phone sounds great, but I wouldn't buy it again because of these numerous hardware issues. Overall, the phone has poor construction.

I have been using this system for almost a year now and have found it to be mostly reliable and of good value. I was disappointed to find out that it was not expandable from the 2 initial handsets. The voicemail waiting light sometimes does not function, but I don't know whether that's the phone company or the phone. I have read that there is supposed to be a battery life problem, but I have not experienced it. I don't live on the phone though....lol.

Simply put, this USB looks badass.

The metal on the exterior of the USB feels like car exterior - it doesn't feel cheap, neither does it feel light. It's about the size of Zippo mini, except longer. The USB plug (hidden inside the exterior) looks like it's gold-plated, but I'm not sure. It comes in a nice red box and a black lanyard with Ducati and Sandisk logo.

Performance-wise, it's not the fastest USB I've seen but it's certainly fast enough for an average user. About 20mbps read/write from my experience.

If you're looking for a stylish USB or own a Ducati, I would highly recommend this USB.

I tried this product out with a new Vivitar 285HV that I just purchased on Amazon. It is quite unreliable in triggering the flash. I would hit the remote flash ten times and maybe it would fire one or two times. I called and spoke to a customer support representative from the manufacturer, and he said that it doesn't work with the new 285HV because of the low trigger voltage in newer models made within the last two years. I feel it was misleading when I bought the product because it said it would work with the 285HV in the product description. I guess it does, just not the one I bought.

This is an excellent product. The range of the wireless is very good. I have it going through several walls the length of my house ( approx. 40ft) and another 15 ft. of clear air to the transmitter. It is able to pick up and display up to 3 transmitters and I am picking up two others from somewhere in the neighborhood. I did loose the transmitter connection once in the last month, but the temperature got down to -28F and I think this is just outside it's advertised range. Once the temperature warmed up the two began "talking" again without anything needing to be done on my part.

I especially like the projection feature. It can be set to project just time, just temp, or alternating between the two. It projects a bright and clear image of the time and temp but it is not so bright that it is disturbing to one's sleep. I never want to be without the projection feature again. No more squinting to try to read the clock at night.

The dual alarm is also very nice. I get up before my wife most days and I can set my time and use snooze if I want to, then shut it off with the touch of a button when I get up. I don't have to do any resetting and the second alarm will go off for my wife.

I used a 7w LED lantern to test these batteries out and doing the math they actually seem to be 12,000 ma. batteries unlike some other manufacturers whose batteries don't measure half of their claimed NiMH rating. Before i bought this memory stick from j&r, i bought a sony 16 gigabyte memory stick on ebay. (Mark2) and every time i put anything on it, it would turn into corrupted data and i would have to re-format the memory stick, so i returned it and they said that they never got is :( then i bought this memory stick form j&r and it worked great! it is very fast and reliable. I have learned after this experence not to buy sony memory sticks (especially MARK2) and stick with SanDisk, they are just so much more trustworthy.

Bottom line: if you want a very reliable and fast memory stick, get this one, but if you want more space (16G) and want to risk buying a total piece of trash, buy the sony memory stick.

This card does exactly what it is intended to do. However, don't think that you are going to get the same transfer speeds as a good SD (as opposed to microSD).

I've been using high-speed SD cards in my digital camera, enjoying almost instant write times. Finding myself in a pinch for more storage, I swapped in this card and found myself waiting a few seconds between shots.

Of course, if you are using it for storage on your mobile device, it's well suited to the task.

I was initially worried about the size because the previous 305 seemed a bit large for me, but wearing this watch proved to be quite comfortable and less bulky, but still large enough for easy reference during the run / bike. The size may prove a difficulty if you swim with a wetsuit, as some may find it difficult to pull through wetsuit sleeves. The strap is more sturdy than most watches I have seen. The buttons seem easily easily differentiated (vs. the 205 and Polar's 300x offer, or Timex watches) and the waterproof capability is great, because now you can view your swim split if you race in a Triathlon that doesn't offer it. The battery is to last as long as they claim and over a 3 day training period plus race, did not require its recharge at all. The GPS antenna seems more capable beneath trees than previous models, and the HRM picks up quite readily with minimum hassle because of the snap on button that can be released (or even applied) with one hand. The HRM strap is improved over the Garmin 305 model in that the material is more comfortable, and the actual monitor is smaller in size that the Garmin 305 or the Timex HRM's. Over-all a very useful tool without being bulky, and bigger display than the 405. If you're ready to train with a HRM this should be a strong consideration, but if you need simply a speed distance pace monitor, there are less expensive offerings out there. And if color is a consideration, the orange and grey give it a sporty appearance.

I have no experience with the cadence meter or bike attachment for this watch.

i just returned my 16gb PNY sdhc card. for some reason, maybe a bad copy, it only worked about 50% of the time. about every other time the camera couldn't find it, saying "no card in reader". i'd have to take it out and re-insert it a few times. once, it stopped working right in the middle of a big upload.

all of my other cards work fine, and still do, including transcend and sandisk 16gb cards. at the time, the PNY was quite a bit cheaper, but now it's not worth it. will be ordering another transcend.

read reviews on the web in you're thinking about this card - on the camera forums, it looks really hit and miss.

Works great with my Canon HF100 video cam. Fast and no problems. Being a class 6, it's about as fast as you're gonna get. I bought two of them and filled them both up. I own a number of other cards that are class 6 and I can't really tell a difference between them as far as speed or pic quality. Nothing more to say, except for it seems to be a better deal buying two 8gb than one 16gb for now.

Do not be mislead... it does NOT play PAL.

Also, for $184 it is rather flimsy and seems cheaply made.

My husband just bought this to replace the 7-inch Coby player he bought me many years ago. He got this one because of the bigger screen.

I find the sound to be pretty decent but I don't care for the picture. It's not very sharp and it seems to cut a little off the top of the picture. For example, I'm used to seeing someone's entire head but with this player their head is either at the very top of the screen or the top of their head is gone.

We'll probably return it and get something with a better picture.

I am a pretty serious amateur photographer. Every trip I take, I'm shooting photos with a DSLR. I took a look at underwater housings for DSLRs and underwater housings for my new point-and shoot "back-up camera", the Canon SD 1200 IS.

As serious as I am about photography, I am not in the market for a camera housing that I will use maybe once a year that costs hundreds of dollars. For less than $40 including shipping, I figured I couldn't go wrong with this product.

This case is basically a very heavy duty plastic bad to throw your camera into. Use is very simple: Insert camera into case. Seal the "zip-lock" style closure. Roll the case down until it contacts the first velcro strip. Seal the first velcro strip to keep the bag crimped down. Seal the secondary velcro strip and you are ready to go.

Due to the size of the bag, it can fit many different camera models. This will mean that depending on the model, the lens may not always line up with the lens housing, and the flash may be partially obscured by the case and lens housing. The SD 1200 IS fits with a lot of extra space. This occasionally means that when you turn the camera on, and the lens attempts to extend, it will not be properly aligned with the lens housing, and be blocked from full extension. In this event, the camera retracts the lens and powers off. After a while, you get used to checking before turning the camera on.

The flash of the SD 1200 IS is partially obstructed during operation, but it is still somewhat effective.

The only warning I would give is to remember to use your brain when recording video clips under water. I admittedly forgot to do this. After setting the camera to video mode, I began swimming around with the fish, keeping the camera case perfectly level to track the graceful motion of the underwater world. Remember the comment above about how the camera fits loosely into the case? Although I held the case perfectly level, the camera itself was jostling around like crazy. The recorded video look like they were shot while bullriding.

This product is a great solution for anyone wanting to capture underwater memories without breaking the bank on camera gear. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this case for a trip to Cancun where I expected to do some swimming, sailing, and snorkeling with my Panasonic TZ4K. The case worked as expected: I got some decent in and underwater photos and the camera stayed dry as a bone. This is a reasonable solution for camera protection if you don't want to invest in a high-end dive case.

Good points: Easy to use, keeps the camera dry.

Bad points: Depending on the camera shape, you may not be able to use the flash at all as it may be obstructed by the pouch. Depending on the camera lens, it may be a challenge to get photos without any of the lens housing (which protrudes a little ways) in the picture.

The new edition pictured here is a little hotter than the first edition which was more relationship oriented but is still a romantic game, not a dirty or embarssing one. It is a card and board game combination with cards that bring you closer together. We have never made it to the end of the game without interupting it with intense espisodes of passionate love. Many times the gameboard and pieces end up on the floor and under the sheets. Warning, you may need to occasionally replace your game with a new one due to lost pieces, spilled champagne etc. A sweet game for couples.

This is really a great game. It offers questions were you can get to know your partner better, such as fantasy questions, etc. It does not have to be dirty, and is not necessarily a sex game, but it will probably lead that direction. Also it is a slow playing game, usually taking around two hours to play, but we have stopped and started where left off before. "Convenience in spades" 2009-04-28

I picked up a set of these AR spade compression-type connectors to use for bi-wiring a set of speakers. They seem well made and are relatively easy to use, though the thicker the speaker wire, the harder it is to twist the stripped ends of the wire to the right size to ensure you can twist and lock the spades. (And the converse is true as well---these connectors are a snap to use with thinner speaker wire.)

Once the wire is locked in place and the plastic sleeve slipped over the connector to keep any exposed wire from touching, connecting to the speaker terminals on my Adcom amplifier took a few seconds for each spade. (Be sure to check you gear to make sure it will accommodate spades.)

The convenience factor here is what counts, as it is easier to swap out speakers when I want to opt for a different listening experience. It's too soon to comment on the durability of these spades, but I suspect they will last longer than the speaker wire.

The Duet series was recommended by the sysadmin at work for internet teleconferences because it had good sound and worked well with both WIndows and Mac. I got the Executive model because I'm a tech junkie, but I've gotten a lot of use out of the extra features - I use it not only with my Mac for internet calls, but as a speakerphone for my desk phone and iPhone. (It will also bridge an internet call to a phone call.) The sound and echo-cancellation is excellent. If you plug it into a computer it will draw power from the USB, but there's also an AC adapter if you only want to use it with a phone. A USB cable and three different phone cables are supplied and one of these took care of the desk phone but I needed a 2.1 mm to 2.5 mm adapter to use it with my iPhone.

I like this case and have tried the nearest competitor, the Belkin holster, which wears out too fast, becomes too loose and doesn't hold the iPhone after a few weeks. This Griffin seems sturdier but I simply do not trust the switchable belt clip at all. One look at it and you will see what I mean. The holster part can come free from the belt clip and fall.

I've heard others complain that their iPhone fell to the ground using this case and I'm unwilling to take that chance, so this case is going back for a refund.

Unfortunate too since I do like the leather and this case feels sturdy.

Because the iPhone has a reputation for being far more scratch resistant than it's iPod cousins AND because you need access to directly touch the glass surface to interact with it, most cases leave the front vulnerable to a fall. I've seen too many photos online of broken glass on iPhones due to a fall at just the right angle.

The versatility of the clip lets you attach it vertically or horizontally, but it isn't one I'd trust on a belt. I'm a woman and don't need to look like Batman w/ a utility belt, anyway, so I don't like all my electronic gizmos hanging all over my waistband. When I'm at work wearing dress slacks or relaxing in my jeans, I have the case in my pocket w/ the clip hanging on the outside. This keeps it from popping out of my pocket when I sit down (it's in the front pocket, not the rear).

I feel the extra leather padding is protecting it from any slight impact I might experience at work (low desk, opening a drawer, etc.). Like any sleeve-type case, you want to make sure you don't get grit (sand, gritty lint, crumbs, whatever) inside the case, or the act of simply putting it in or pulling it out could score the beautiful surface of the iPhone.

This is a temporary case for me until someone comes out w/ a better one. I'd like to see one that gives the nice leather protection, with a flap, instead of having to pull the unit in and out of its case, has access to the dock connector while it's in the case, and has clip that is permanently affixed to the case, yet low-profile like this case and not a big bulky swivel clip like so many for men-only belt cases.

Another annoyance is that when my iPhone rings, I am forced to finagle the phone out of the case, usually inadvertently touching the volume buttons, which then sends the call to voicemail.

The purpose of this temporary case was to protect the surface and from falls and so far, it has met that need - and compared to the other cases available as of this writing, it's the best I could find.

the clip that holds the holster to your belt does not attach securely to the holster. It has already failed me getting out of my car a few times, the first time ending badly with my precious iphone falling to the pavement, leaving a scar on its beautiful face. It did not hold securely to my belt, and it did not protect from a fall, so therefore it is useless. The leather is nice though.

This is pretty much the same thing...standard model with right rewind, left FF, and center play. It works well and had good plug and play functionality. No problems whatsoever. This seems to be another solid piece of equipment, and I'll use it for years to come...at least until they make me upgrade again to use a new version of the player.

I have found I can only operate this foot pedel with my shoe off--the FF and Rewind are so slightly elevated above the center Play area, I can never hit the right area with my shoe on because I can't feel where the edges of the FF and Rewind are.

The bigger problem is that, totally counter-intutive, Rewind is on the right and Fast Forward is on the left! Why would they do this? After months of using it, my intuition is still to go to the left for Rewind and to the right for Fast Forward.

If there was any other foot controller available I'd buy it, but there isn't, and it does work but could be so much better.

The alternative is to constantly move your hands from the keyboard to the recorder and back and forth and back and forth incessantly. I have a 2007 VW Rabbit, which, in the glove compartment, has an auxillary input jack. Since I also have an iPod Classic, I really wanted to be able to listen to my music in my car, using my car's speakers.

On January 5, I picked up this cable. It's a cable, so there's not a whole lot that they can mess up. From what I can tell, the quality coming out of my speakers is the same as when I use by earbuds or another set of good headphones. As such, I'd say this is a very good set of cables, that works as expected.

The one issue I did run into is that the cable can get a little inflexible. However, I've only noticed this during cold Wisconsin days, and it had no impact on the sound quality. Also, once the cable got warmer, it was once again flexible.

This reader was installed in a new Win7(64 bit) box for the sole purpose of reading my CF cards. The unit also has a USB port which does work, but it will not read CF cards. I tried two different cards that were working on my old XP box. Neither card would work on this reader. Of those two cards, one can no longer can be read on my XP box (coinsidence?). A previous reviewer alluded to a possible issue with 64bit systems (which doesn't make sense to me), but anything's possible. Guess I'll have to look to see what's available locally where at least returns/exchanges don't require an RMA process.

UPDATE: Problem Solved - My camera is an older Nikon Coolpix. Formatting a CF card on that camera apparently formats to FAT. Formatting the same CF card on my system to FAT32 works with this reader in Win7(64 bit).

I bought this for an Hewlett Packard computer that came with a built in reader. It handles my new 4 GB cards (original did not) and runs over 10 times faster. It was Plug and Play, no software needed for XP Pro. Slipped in fine, I used the beige bezel, but I wanted to keep the HP trim that filled around the 5 inch slot. A bit of cutting and filing of the HP Bezel fit it around the new reader. Thanks to another reviewer I did not struggle long with the SD cards, they go in upside down. Red LED on all the time is not useful, I may disconnect/destroy it. Dual color LED does perform a function. I'll keep it.

The 5 stars is for the drive itself. For the software, I'd give it a 4 at most.

I love this flash drive! I love the retractable port. It's reliable and very large (virtually)... lots of space! I am cautious about flash drives because of data security so haven't used one in awhile.

I like the idea of the software. It's easy to use. It doesn't appear to load any software on your hard drive or change the registry. It just loads the backup software to RAM. You can password protect the drive and can back up a little or a lot. Do incremental backups when you need to, or archive the last backup so you can do a new one. When password protected, you cannot see any data whatsoever without the password. You can't even access the drive itself without it (can be a good thing or a bad thing).

The software itself is kind of buggy (I am using vista 32 on one unit and XP on another). Sometimes it would work in one USB port but not the other. Not sure why. I had a problem with the software one time and had to reinstall it. Sandisk was very prompt in responding to my email about where I needed to go to find the software.

I am cautious about depending on this one drive for any important data because of the software, so I do backups to multiple media (it's always a good idea to do that anyway). But overall, I have confidence in Sandisk and would recommend this product.

Text is blurry, but if you want to watch dvd, downloaded movies, or one of the streaming networks (like HULU) on your TV using the component video inputs, it's great. I'll bet the three complainers didn't pay attention to the RANGE....30 meters!!! I had this across the house and had the same problem...moved to a PC that was in the next room and the picture (and SOUND!) was perfect. I've also used this in a classroom with SUPER success! I guess reading the instructions is a must?

The picture quality was poor. Poor brightness-contrast. Very poor sharpness. Complete waste of time trying to use this thing to make a HDTV into a computer monitor. Too bad my HDTV only has component video and no VGA input.

This unit is junk! In my application, I have a video card with an S video output and a TV with S video as well as hi def component inputs. I bought this unit hoping to improve the S video picture quality I already had. The picture quality was actually worse than the S video hook up. I went thru all of the menus, played with all the settings and couldn't get it to appear better than what I already had with my S video connection. The picture was bowed inward on all 4 sides, the colors were all off, the resolution got no better despite using the component video hook ups. I returned it first thing the following morning. And I've been chomping at the bit to post MY opinion on it and tell others not to be duped.

If your PC includes an S video out on the video card, save yourself $100 and use that. If your PC has the ability to upgrade the video card, save yourself $50 and get one with S video output (around $50 if you look hard enough) and use that.

The ONLY applications where I can see this unit being beneficial is if you don't have an S video input on your TV, forcing you to use a composite or an RF connection (this unit supports any of the 4 types of hook ups) on your TV and / or your pc does not have an AGP slot to support a non-proprietary video card upgrade that includes S video.

I read all the reviews I could find on this unit before making a purchase myself. Although, I didn't find many. Most good, a couple bad... all I can say is the good ones must not have had S video.

Only buy this product if it's your ONLY option!!

I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy this item. I tried this item on all my TV and is very poor quality picture. Is very difficult to read any text on the screen. You have to use the zoom option when ever you want to read the text. Even my Son don't like it, when I attached his computer to his TV. It takes awhile to adjust all the options to really get it right and believe me you won't get it the way you wanted. I'm a technician and I deal with video and sound and this item does not perform as advertise.

This is a good router, and you can use 3rd party firmwares on it. However, big problem for me is that this version does not support VLAN. you have to buy V1 for that.

I bought this to replace an aging Linksys router for several reasons.

1) It has a detachable antenna, allowing me to put an external antenna on for more range and an easier placement of the antenna. Now I can keep the electronics / wires hidden and in one place without sacrificing the signal quality. I'm currently using a D-Link ANT24-0700 2.4 GHz Omni-Directional 7 dBi Indoor Antenna, sold here, and love it.

2) It has USB connections for a quick and easy shared hard disk / printer. Very nice!

3) It has more internal memory and a faster processor so everything runs must better and faster.

4) It was compatible with some third party router software, DD-WRT ([...]), that can be loaded onto the router and take advantage of the fast processor and memory to make it run like a "REAL" professional router.

With the factory configuration it ran great out of the box. Both wired and wireless. If folks are having trouble with the wireless aspect, it my be due to their own software / drivers for the wireless cards they are using. I've got laptops from Dell, IBM, HP, Acer (not mine!), and Gateway all running fine. Sometimes the drivers need upgraded to work on newer routers. This is especially true with WPA and WPA2 security running on the router.

When you add in the third party software, you get everything you could possibly want. A decent firewall, remote logging of every connection (Allowed and failed) into and out of the router, ability to increase the RF output power from under 100mw to 250mw for much greater wireless range, and every possible configuration to help you manage your local network. You can even put a "hosts" file on the router to block out access to unwanted sites from all the computers in your network!

I bought this router in July of 2007 and am happy to report that after dozens of reconfigurations, etc. It's still working perfectly and is the best consumer grade router I've ever used.

This replaced a nine year old router with a parallel print server. I wanted to use USB and I wanted both wired and wireless so I could get rid of both my router and my wireless access point. Additionally it also supports NAS (Network Attached Storage) via the USB ports also.

It arrived and I hooked it up and it ran great. On my 10Mb connection I was getting 7.5Mb or higher, which is a great improvement since with my last router I rarely got over 5Mb. I next tried to hook up my printer and get that working. I attached the printer and the router sees it fine. However I am unable to print to it. I have looked over the manual and the ASUS forums for an answer and the only thing I can come up with is that ASUS has problems with their USB ports. I then hooked up an external USB hard drive. The router saw it fine and when I tried to configure it I got a message that it does not support drives formatted NTFS and needs the drive to be formatted as FAT32 or EXT2. This is stupid! The vast majority of computers in the world run a Microsoft OS and the majority of them use NTFS. This has been the case since around 2001 when Windows XP was released (NTFS that is). You would imagine that NTFS would be supported.

I gave this router 1 star because while it is fast and the wired/wireless LAN/WAN is easy to set up, the trouble with using the print sever (which still isn't fixed) and the external hard drive issue makes me knock 4 stars off of the rating and warn people against using this router. With the amount of money that you will spend on this piece of equipment it isn't too much to expect it to work and be FULLY functional out of the box. I should not have to spend hours searching the internet or the ASUS forums to try and find a solution to be able to use the full functionality of this router.

I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a router if you are buying this because of the USB NAS/print server functionality.

Well it has been over a week now and out of 3 computers I have been able to get 1 to print via the print server. However it is VERY slow. To print a 300kb document (1 page) takes over 2 minutes to transfer the data to the printer. My old router with a parallel port took less than a quarter of this time to send a document to the printer. Such a slow transfer rate is unacceptable and unfortunately very common (you can read about this on any of several forums dedicated to computer hardware and troubleshooting.) So again as far as connecting to the internet goes this router is great. As for the usability of the USB ports for NAS and print server functions goes this router doesn't even rate 1 star.

I have owned this router for nearly 3 weeks and have spent quite a bit of my scarce free time looking online to try and figure out why I cannot print to a printer that is listed as being compatible on the ASUS website. I have finally found the problem. Nowhere in the Asus manual, either electronic or print, does it say anything about LPR bit check. It doesn't even mention that option in either manual. I found online that some have had success checking this so I tried it and now all of my computers print. Should you buy this router and cannot get it to print check this option under the port properties.

double click printers on the control panel and right click your printer. Select the 'Ports' tab up top. Select 'Configure Port' and finally check 'LPR Bit Check'. That should fix the problem. I haven't done any further research as to what the LPR stuff is but for now I am content being able to print.

Amazon won't let me update my rating on this product but I now give it 3 stars.

It's quite simple actually.

The minute you get this router, just install Tomato firmware or DD-WRT and start using.

Don't even bother with the stock ASUS firmware.

This device is beautiful with those firmwares since it has more RAM than the linksys WRT54GL.
